About us

“G. Verveniotis & Partners” was established in 1970 by Dr. George P. Verveniotis, one of the country’s most renowned construction law lawyers and arbitrators.

Construction law remaining a core field of practice, our office has strengthened over the last two decades its commercial and corporate law practices and got involved at an early stage in new fields such as ICT- and energy law.

Our office stands out for the high standards of its services and its proactive and commercially sensitive approach to its clients’ needs. This involves providing our clients with sufficient knowledge of the domestic legal background and the market conditions in Greece in order to assist them in locating and administering their risks as well as elaborating with them legally and commercially sound solutions.

“G. Verveniotis & Partners” is a destination office for foreign corporate clients extending their activities in Greece. We are therefore acquainted with the needs of international clients and are in the position to offer them legal services matching the standards they are accustomed to.
