The primary aim of CEDRAC is to assist international businesspeople to resolve their disputes through arbitration procedures that are fair, quick and cost-effective. In parallel to its arbitration services CEDRAC will also offer mediation services.
CEDRAC's inaugural conference took place in Nicosia, Cyprus on November 18th, 2011. During the conference the CEDRAC Arbitration Rules were presented and the advantages of arbitrating in Cyprus and at CEDRAC were be discussed. The conference was complemented with other contemporary international commercial arbitration topics.
